There are two editions of different license authorization for Chipmailer. 

The FREEWARE edition is free for use with a copyright notice 'Powered by Chipmailer Freeware Edition' will be printed at the end of each mail.

For people who want to remove the copyright notice, a license fee for PREMIUM edition is required. Upon purchase of a premium edition license, you will got a activation serial number to remove the copyright notice.

Besides the copyright notice, the features of Freeware edition are exactly the same as the premium edition. Except to be prohibited from selling, loaning, renting, leasing, sublicensing or modifying, you can use it for personal and/or commercial use.
